It's also noted for its many fine examples of mid-century-modern architecture. Its core shopping district along Palm Canyon Drive features vintage boutiques, interior design shops and restaurants.

Exante360 Contribution

The project includes 80 units of transitional modular housing and the renovation of two existing warehouse buildings to create a services center for people transitioning out of homelessness. Exante360's experience with security technology in this environment resulted in a right-sized solution that facilitates the program's desired outcome.

Benefit to the Client

From the project's inception, Exante360 strategically assembled a team of highly skilled professionals to deliver a cohesive design incorporating security, telecommunications, and fiber backbone. Leveraging our extensive experience with municipal projects, we proactively supported the Architect by addressing unforeseen requirements and circumventing potential obstacles, thereby preemptively mitigating challenges that would have arisen during the construction phase.
