Overview

The Los Rios Community College District is one of the nation’s most respected learning institutions and the second-largest community college district in California, serving the greater Sacramento region. LRCCD has four colleges, six education centers, and specialized workforce and economic development programs for local businesses, governments, and organizations.

Exante360 Contribution

Exante360 has performed several security projects for Los Rios Community College District since 2017.  The initial project LRCCD contracted Exante360 for was to provide districtwide video surveillance system design and consulting services.  The design spanned 13 sites throughout the region. Exante360 led the project through all phases of a design and implementation project.

Benefit to the Client

Starting with site assessments and stakeholder interviews, our team of consultants developed a basis of design and determined the requirements for the new system.  Following this Planning phase, E360 created construction documentation suitable for bidding and construction.  Exante360 managed the Bidding phase, and performed Construction Administration services that included contract management, RFI reviews and responses, and testing and commissioning all cameras deployed throughout the District.

Operations Perspective

Exante360 worked closely with the client during the construction phase of the project to overcome challenging field conditions.  Our design documents were instrumental in ensuring the desired outcome for the project.
